🧭 How To
1. SDD GW (conversation_loop.py)
Validation Claude+Kimi avant write_file et patch.
- Claude down -> fallback Kimi
- Kimi down -> fallback Claude
- Les deux down -> mode degrade (ai_review=False, continue)
- Refus -> blocage avec log
2. Watchdog V2 (tool_executor.py)
Snapshot automatique avant write_file/patch/terminal destructif.
Validation syntaxique (compile pour .py, bash -n pour .sh).
Rollback automatique si echec ou syntaxe invalide.
3. Protection terminal (heredoc)
Interception des commandes avec <<, >, tee, python3 -c.
SDD GW + watchdog pour ces commandes aussi.
4. Indexation semantique
Backfill : indexation de tout l historique + code source.
Live : watcher inotify qui indexe les fichiers modifies en direct.

Fichiers : sdd_gw.py, wd_rollback.py, live_watcher.py, semantic_index.py. Backups dans ~/.hermes/backups/. Logs watchdog dans ~/.hermes/backups/watchdog/.
